Using EasyGrab
EasyGrab currently provides account access and seller applications while the first product catalogue is prepared.
Your account
Use accurate account and business information. Email verification is required for saved account data and seller applications. Keep your password and verification codes private. You can browse without an account; saving favourites, following sellers and checkout require login.
Seller applications
Applications are reviewed by authorized EasyGrab administrators. Approval grants access to the seller workspace; it does not automatically publish a product or issue an identity-verification badge. Approval and rejection decisions appear in the applicant’s inbox and are sent by email.
Products and purchasing
Only actual approved listings will appear in the marketplace. Product publishing, checkout, payment collection and order fulfilment are not open yet. No purchase or payment can be completed on the website at this stage. Prices, availability, fulfilment fees and the applicable purchase terms must be confirmed before ordering is enabled.
Support
The guided assistant provides prepared answers. For personal account or seller-application help, email easygrab.ng@gmail.com. Direct seller messaging is not available. Do not email passwords, verification codes or identity documents.
